Here are brief
profiles of our associates:
Mike Lyons
Attorney
Lyons received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from
Northeastern University in 1986 and his Juris Doctorate from Albany
Law School in 1991. Since being admitted to the practice of Law in
Massachusetts in 1992 and also to the practice of law in New
Hampshire in 1993, Attorney Lyons has concentrated his practice in
the areas of bankruptcy, debt collection and personal injury cases.
Attorney Lyons co-founded the firm in May of 1993 and has been a
contributing member since that time.

Peggy Small
Attorney Small
received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from
New England College in 1988 and her Juris Doctorate from Franklin
Pierce Law Center in 1992. Since being admitted to the practice of
law in New Hampshire in 1992 and also to the practice of law in
Massachusetts in 1993, Attorney Small has concentrated her practice
in the area of domestic relations including but not limited to
divorce, custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence and
termination of parental rights cases. Attorney Small co-founded the
firm in May 1993 and has been a contributing member since that time.

Dan Krislov
Attorney
Krislov received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from
the University of Minnesota
in 1989, his Juris Doctorate from Stanford University in 1994, and
his Ph.D. in Jurisprudence & Social Policy from University of
California at Berkeley in 1999. He was an Assistant Professor of
Political Science at the University of New Hampshire from 1998 to
2005, where he taught administrative law, constitutional law, and
various courses about the judicial system. He has also worked as a
consultant to the RAND Corporation’s Criminal Justice Program. He
has published works on many legal subjects, including criminal
justice, the New Hampshire Courts, civil liberties and terrorism,
the U.S. Supreme Court, and the American patent system. Attorney
Krislov was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 2004.
Since joining Small & Lyons in July
2005, he has concentrated his practice in the areas of bankruptcy,
domestic relations, criminal defense, and civil litigation.

Mike Lee
Attorney Lee
received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of
California, Los Angeles in 2002 and his Juris Doctor from Boston
University in 2006. Prior to attending law school, Attorney Lee was
employed as a legal assistant at O’Melveny & Myers, LLP in Los
Angeles. At law school, Attorney Lee took part in the Boston
University Civil Litigation Clinical Program as a student attorney,
focusing primarily on asylum law in the immigration unit. Attorney
Lee was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 2006. Since joining
Small & Lyons in October of 2006, he has concentrated his practice
in the areas of domestic relations, immigration, criminal and civil
litigation cases.

Paul Mistovich
Attorney Mistovich
received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston
College in 2002 and his Juris Doctor from Boston University School
of Law in 2005. While in law school, Attorney Mistovich served as a
summer intern at the New Hampshire Office of the Attorney General in
Concord, New Hampshire and at the United States Attorney’s Office in
Boston, Massachusetts. Attorney Mistovich also participated in the
Boston University Civil Litigation Clinical Program and served as an
article editor for the Boston University Public Interest Law
Journal. He was admitted to the New Hampshire bar in 2005. Since
joining Small & Lyons in 2007, he has concentrated his practice in
domestic relations and civil litigation.

Sarah Dimitriadis
Attorney
Dimitriadis received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from
Quinnipiac University in 2005 and her Juris Doctor from Suffolk
University Law School in 2008. During law school, Attorney
Dimitriadis clerked at the United States Attorney's Office in
Boston, Massachusetts, and was also a student-attorney for the
Family Advocacy Clinic. She was admitted to the Massachusetts bar
in 2009, and the New Hampshire bar in 2010. Prior to joining Small
& Lyons, Attorney Dimitriadis was Assistant Legal Counsel for
Hillsborough County. Since joining the firm, she has concentrated
her practice in domestic relations and criminal defense in New
Hampshire and domestic relations and collections in Massachusetts.

Linda Baillargeon
Ms. Baillargeon
received her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Hesser
College in 1994 and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal
Studies from Rivier College in 1997. Ms. Baillargeon joined the
firm in 1997 and has been a contributing member to the Domestic
Relations Practice Group, the Criminal Practice Group and the
Bankruptcy Practice Group since that time.
